WILL THE COLORS OF MY DESIGN BE RESPECTED? CAN YOU MAKE A SAMPLE?
We do not carry out samples for products purchased online. That is why it must be taken into account that digital printing is not perfect and the colors can be altered by the type of printer or by the paper used. Color acts differently on a screen or on a paper.
WHAT FILE FORMAT DO I USE TO PRINT? WHAT MEASURE AND RESOLUTION?
We need PDF or JPG files made with professional programs such as Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign. Avoid files made with Word and the same like this. The files must be custom-made for printing and with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi.
CAN PANTONE COLORS BE PRINTED IN DIGITAL PRINTING?
Usually not. We make a conversion as approximate as possible. If a direct ink is not used, such as offset, a color cannot be reproduced with full fidelity.
CAN YOU DELIVER THE ORDER TO MY HOME OR DO I HAVE TO COME TO PICK IT UP?
We have a home delivery service or store collection (click and collect). At the time of ordering you have all the details to be able to choose the option that best suits your needs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TRANSPORT CANNOT FIND ME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
